Welcome to LaunchBylaws. These Terms of Service set forth the terms under which we offer our bylaws and governance setup services, digital resources, and goods in 2026 at Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, Al Corniche Street, Doha, Qatar.

1. Services

LaunchBylaws provides professional bylaws and governance setup services to help organizations establish clear rules and organizational structures. By scheduling a service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and provide all necessary information. Service dates are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Infoproducts

We offer digital guides, templates, and recorded workshops for governance setup. Access is granted upon completion of the transaction. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of your devices and internet connection.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed materials, books, and branded merchandise may be purchased. Shipping fees, if any, are clearly stated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Services

All requests for cancellation and reimbursement must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. If the request is timely, LaunchBylaws will issue a full reimbursement to the original payment method within 30 days. Once service work has commenced, no reimbursement will be provided. However, at our discretion, you may transfer your booking to a new date within six months at no additional charge.

4.2 Infoproducts

If you request a reimbursement within 48 hours of purchase and have not downloaded, streamed, or accessed the digital content, LaunchBylaws will issue a full reimbursement within 14 days to the original payment method. After access to the digital content, no reimbursement is possible due to the immediate and replicable nature of the resources.

4.3 Goods

Unused physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items must be in original packaging and undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days. Customized or personalized goods are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
